Spiritual Wellness

Spirituality is at the very heart of emotional wellness, and is one of its most important contributors.  It is a key component in the emotional healing process, and is a mainstay of emotional wellness in good times - and especially in bad times.

For some people, spirituality has a strong religious component, set in the teachings and traditions of a particular religious belief system.   But whether religious or not, spirituality affects an individual's sense of purpose in their life, meaning in their challenges, and connectedness to others - a sense that they are part of something bigger and more significant than themselves alone. 

Cultivating the healing power of spirituality can be an important part of emotional healing and wellness.  These are some of our favorite resources, to facilitate that important development.
